What are the volume discount rates?
Volume discount rates depend on the titles, quantity ordered, type of purchasing organization, and use of the titles. Be sure to contact a PTG sales representative for quick quotes and details on options.
What types of custom publishing options are available?
PTG offers a wide range of custom publishing options in both print and electronic formats, making it easy to create custom editions of titles for more effective use within your organization, for your value chain, and for your customers. We offer a wide range of options to create special covers, add logos, and include special forewords or other aspects of the book particular to branding interests and a desired training and marketing focus. In special cases, we also make it possible to personalize single copies of a book, with individualized dedications printed on the book's cover.
May volume orders be shipped to multiple locations?

Are volume and custom published orders returnable?
No. Specially discounted volume orders and custom publications are non-returnable.
What payment options are available?
